We are now offering telehealth appointments! Telehealth appointments are available for individuals who need to speak with a medical or behavioral health provider over video calling. Patients will download and use the Zoom Mobile App.

You can use any device with a camera (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.) that connects to the internet via a data plan through your phone carrier or through a wi-fi connection. In order to use your smartphone, you’ll need to download the Zoom App. Here’s the shortcuts to each platform
