We also encourage our team to take intentional moments of rest and self-care throughout the day, knowing that balance and well-being are essential in supporting others on their journey to recovery and growth. Blue Horn Behavioral Health, LLC is an outpatient mental health clinic located in Eagan, Minnesota. We practice mental health care through a collaborative, integrative, and patient-centered model. At Blue Horn, we believe every person deserves the opportunity to live with balance and resilience.
